We need some thing before finish

I saw that a lot of people are putting there works here. But a lot of them are things that we have made already. So here is the list of teh thing we need to finish:

-Sand Ocean over E-102 Red Mountain
-Big Foot over Egg Hornet
-A city like the one of SA2 in station square
-The Ark in Egg Carrier
-A model edit for Sonic, knuckles, Amy and Metal Sonic.

And other thing but for now, we need this.

I can't model edit and I suck at Adventure mode editing, so could I make Sand Ocean? And if so do you want it's layout changed to be something good?

Edit: I learned to model, but I can't hex. Give me the seg adresses and tell me what to do and I'll try.

P.S. I have just recently learned to animation and ability edit, so let me know if you need any of that.

I can do Sand Ocean Over E-102 Red Mountain,
I can do a texture hack witch it makes Station Square look like City Escape i can use and Mission Street Textures,
You can replace Gamma with Tails Walker so it will look great and you re-edit amy to look like Rouge,you replace Metal Sonic with Shadow?,
I can Replace some textures of Egg Hornet and replace them with Big Foot Textures
